Join us for an inspiring and practical day dedicated to growing your own seasonal, organic vegetables, led by one of Ireland’s most respected voices in organic gardening, Klaus Laitenberger.

Klaus is the author of four gardening books and a contributor to various gardening magazines such as The Irish Garden, Irish Independent, Irish Examiner, GIY magazine and Clover. Klaus is a passionate advocate for sustainable food growing and also works as an organic advisor.

Whether you're just starting out or looking to deepen your gardening knowledge, this hands-on workshop offers something for everyone. Spend the day learning practical techniques in our beautiful gardens, engage in thoughtful discussions, and take away expert advice to help you start, or improve, your own productive vegetable plot.

The day also includes a delicious homemade lunch in the main house, using fresh local ingredients and we will raise a glass of bubbles to a day well spent cultivating new skills together.

In addition to gaining valuable knowledge and confidence, you’ll leave with a tray of vegetable seeds to kickstart your own garden, as well as presentation notes to support your learning at home.

Enjoy a warm welcome with refreshments served throughout the day, along with a home-cooked lunch, dessert, and a celebratory glass of Prosecco.

Just bring yourself and dressed warmly, ready to be inspired!
