This practical session will take place both at the tunnel and in the granary kitchen within the beautiful surroundings of Eden Hall. Klaus will share key techniques to keep your crops thriving throughout the summer. Topics include maintenance, plant care, ventilation, feeding and watering, and how to prevent and manage common pests and diseases.

Klaus is the author of four gardening books and a contributor to various gardening magazines such as The Irish Garden, Irish Independent, Irish Examiner, GIY magazine and Clover. Klaus is a passionate advocate for sustainable food growing and also works as an organic advisor.

The day also includes a delicious homemade lunch in the main house, using fresh local ingredients and we will raise a glass of Prosecco to a day well spent cultivating new skills together. Tea, coffee and refreshments throughout the day are also included.
